Good Evening,

I'm currently working on several dashboards with blocks.

My problem is that the "Add a block" option at the very top next to administration only seem to appear on certain links, I presumed that once I had activated the "Turn Editing On" option that this would appear no matter where I was within those links on the dashboard in question.

Any ideas why this is happening as ironically the location/page i want to add the new blocks to it doesn't appear.
