Hi Community member,

I have problem to to make a course completion individually.

In my version V12 ,  my course completion is depend upon completion of other courses and can make my course completion stand alone by select none, But my question is the how can I remove courses from available courses under Condition : Completion  of other courses .

I tried to disable the course completion tracking for other course then it disappear but it stop completion on course itself.

Hi Rahul

Instead of using this functionality you can use programs and have coursesets where one courses set needs to be completed before the other one can be completed.

This allows greater flexibility with different logic including AND, OR, SOME , ANY

To answer your question - the list of available courses is not editable.

Hi Rahul

Any course in Totara that has course completion criteria set will appear in this list, therefore you can't remove these.

If you don't tick the 'Select none' box, it doesn't matter, your course will still complete based on other conditions you've set e.g. activity.

Your course completion will only be dependent on other courses being completed if you select a course from this list (it will be highlighted blue). Otherwise you can pretty much ignore this condition.

(To select multiple courses from this list, hold down 'ctrl' when you click on each course)

Hope this helps

:)

Thank you Carig & Lise,

But some of my course doesn't show courses in completion of other courses this is confusing me a lot.

Because all my courses has a completion criteria and PFA.

Rahul

Hi Rahul

Are any of these courses hidden or have you got audience based visibility turned on - this might affect the courses being listed.

regards

Hi Craig,

No none of my courses are hidden and I have turn off and on audience-based visibility in advance feature in my testing  but nothing happen. Even I have remove enrolled audience group from course setting and nothing happen.

Mainly want to know , why some course show completion of other courses(course list) and some course doesn't shown completion of other courses (no course list) in course completion .

Please look back previous attachments for more understanding
