I need to make a report showing all users on a separate row in the first columns.  The remaining columns would be for each course. A cell in the row for the user's name would mark it complete or not. 

Can I do this in Totara 10?   I seem to remember seeing some reports where the users were listed in a row at left with columns at top, but I think that may have been questions within a quiz or something like that.
