Are there any plans to make the Learning Plans job assignment specific as with the Appraisal functionality?


We plan to use the Learning plan to feed create an action plan for staff with competencies and objectives which will then be reviewed in the appraisal. However, we have a large number of staff with multiple job assignments and there will be an issue if the learning plans are not specific to the job assignment.

It's going to be a major blocker for the current roll out of our new Appraisal using Totara, so I will have to have to find a work around or alternative solution if it isn't a possible enhancement.

Will keep my fingers crossed!
