Has anyone got examples of a simple top line management report created in excel using exported data from Totara?

The kind of information I want to present is:

% courses completed (total)

% courses outstanding (total)

% courses overdue

I am sure this a common request but I have not found any threads / examples /templates of management created in Excel using exported data

Any guidance would be much appreciated
