Tried many times using HR Import function to upload new users and the welcome emails does not send out to the users. Tried to used forget password and keyed in the email and still unable to receive the reset password email from system. What goes wrong?

The welcome email is sent if the Password column is included in the file, but the value is left blank. Have emails gone out for other things, like forum posts or the password reset request?

The uploading was done as what you’ve mentioned unfortunately is not working. No email receive in the inbox or spam.
Thank you for that info! I would recommend reaching out to your hosting company or Totara Partner so that they can check and see if the emails are being sent from the server or blocked from going out for some reason.
