Hi

There is a function to Message Users enrolled in a workshop.

I would just like to know if the sent messages are saved anywhere, so I can see what information has been sent out to participants.

Hi Simon

There is a site logs report source that keeps a track of actions within Totara.

If you filter by the Action of 'sent' this should show the messages sent.

Are you meaning the workshop activity which is not enabled by default or the seminar activity?
