I would like to create a checklist which the trainer uses to mark a trainees competence, however, I'd like the trainer to be able to complete the checklist without having to download it from the activity and then upload on completion. 

Is there a way to create these checklists or an alternative that anyone has come up with?  

For example: 

John is assessing Mary on making a cup of tea. The checklist would look something along the lines of the attached. 

How can John mark each element as competent or not competent without having to download and upload the file from the activity.
