Our desk based employees are all able to use our LMS as they have work email addresses but we have a group of people on the road that don't have work email addresses. Is there a workaround I can use to set them up as users and allow them to complete mandatory training content. Creative suggestions very welcome! Thanks!

How are the accounts created - if they are uploaded then a fake email address can be used in the field. This would mean the users wouldn't get email notifications from Totara but may not be a problem for these people.
If the users are self registered then an admin can manually confirm their account with the fake email.
