Hiding cancelled appraisals?

Dit forum heeft een limiet op het aantal berichten dat je kan posten in een bepaalde periode - deze is nu ingesteld op 3 bericht(en) in 1 dag

is it possible to somehow hide appraisals from totara/appraisal/index.php when the assignment has been cancelled? I am using audiences and had to transfer a few people between different audiences (ergo different appraisal versions). Somehow it is confusing to a few people which appraisal to use, even when the status shows that this assignment has been cancelled. Thank you very much!

Hi levoca

I see what you mean the unassigned appraisla is still showing as active for the user.

I looked at the appraisal permissions for the user and couldn't see anything to disallow.

Closing the appraisal will make this unavailable to everyone - saving a snapshot and closing may help but takes a long time to do.
