We have a number of different types of seminars. Is there a way to change the seminar sign up form depending on the type of seminar. For example some seminar events are catered - in this case we would need dietary requirements custom field. Other events are not catered so we would not need this field.

Thanks

We use customs fields.

E.g. we created a custom field for catering, it appears on all seminars with a yes/no option.

Hello Larry,

Thanks for your response. I guess what i was asking is there a way to specify if a custom field appears on a form. For example if the event was catered for you would need a dietary requirement. If is is not catered then the dietary requirement custom field should not show as it is not relevant to a seminar that is not catered.

Yeah, we haven't found a way to do that, we have a catered field and dietary requirement field but they always appear regardless if the event is catered or not.

Hi Guys,

I would like to know that, is it possible, staff manager can fill up the dietary requirement of their employee during the time of sign up for their employee in the seminar events.

Thanks in advance

Hi Rahul,

If the staff manager has the correct permissions they can Edit the 'Requests for session organiser' note.
