Is anyone else having issues with how their LMS communicates with Microsoft Outlook?
When a user enrolls and the booking is approved they are meant to receive a calendar invite however they are receiving an email with an attachment that says "not supported calendar message.ics”. When I change the time of a workshop or cancel a workshop they are getting the update like this also rather than updated their calendar.
I have escalated this to our IT team and they think it is a Microsoft issue which they have escalated to them but I just wondered if anyone else has this problem (it only started happening in November).
