HI all,

Wondering if any organisation shave incorporated the acceptance of company policies in totara?

Appreciate any ideas you may have!

Sorry I am not clear what you are asking here.

Are you talking about the Site policies you can create and require consent in Totara?

Hi Craig,

Not site policies, organisational policies. This would include policies like our code of conduct. We have created a course and uploaded the policy as a URL (to our Intranet) and then a choice activity where the employee can agree or disagree but wondering if there is any other functionality that may be more suitable.

Thanks for clarifying this.

You could use a label with a link to the policy or the content of the policy included (label content can be formatted as required) and prompting to tick the completion box to consent to the policy.

This activity can have completion tracking on 'Learners can manually mark the activity as complete'

The other topics or activities can then have Restrict access set to available when the Policy activity has been completed.
