Kia Ora Koutou,

I am in the process of setting up some seminars on our LMS.

Is it possible to have sessions set up in two locations at the same time?

Each session will have attendees that attend in person but we would also like to offer attendance to our work from home staff.

I have set up a second room for this purpose

But when I try and add the second session I get a message about date conflict.

Thanks for any assistance in advance.

I think this is being caused by the Allow room booking conflicts setting being unticked.

If you go into Site admin > Seminars > Rooms and edit the rooms for the sessions and tick this box this will hopefully prevent this.
