Hi Peter,
If you change the room then a 'Seminar date/time changed: [facetofacename], [starttime]-[finishtime], [sessiondate]' notification is sent.
I think a workaround here would be to edit the title of the notification to something more general along the lines of 'Booking Details of Seminar [facetofacename] have changed'.
In the meantime I've submitted an Improvement request to have the default title changed in the notification.
