Hello everyone, I would appreciate a bit of guidance with an issue we are having!

Here is the breakdown of what is happening:

  • We have a classroom course (seminar activity) with events from both 2019 and 2020
  • We recently held the 2020 events, which featured mostly the same attendees as the 2019 events
  • The attendees that had not previously taken the course do show up as complete in 2020
  • The attendees that had previously taken the course do not show up as complete in 2020, nor does the system recognize their 2019 completion date as a "Previous Completion"

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Hi Dale

Are these courses part of a certification and course activities are being reset when the user is recertifying.

If they aren't part of a certification then try looking at the user's course completion record with the editor. This should show more details of the updates that have been made to the completion record.
