As you will be aware, the global coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is proving complex for businesses and individuals. Many of us are working from home for the first time which provides new challenges for all of us. If you, like me, are working from home then this might be your first experience of doing so for a prolonged period. To help you adjust to your new work routine we’ve put together some useful guidelines on how you can stay productive whilst working remotely. In there, you’ll find resources to help protect yourself and your team. In the Community, we’ve also got some free courses to help you adjust to life at home which you can take through our content partner GO1. As this is uncharted territory, this presents new challenges for managers and leaders. Right now it’s easy to feel more isolated than usual but we know the power of community! As many face-to-face conferences might be cancelled this year, joining the different sector spaces available in the Community might be a good way to network with your peers.
