I would like to add a Hubspot Chat box on our Totara site. To do this I need to add a tracking code. Is this possible?

I would also be interested to know how others handle support requests on their Totara.

We are currently using Zendesk.

Hey Paul - you should be able to add the tracking code from the UI within Totara - Site Admin > Appearance > Additional HTML
