There are occasions when Totara doesn't record the quiz score from the SCORM file, causing our users' grades to show as F in the grade book after completing the activity. This doesn't doesn't happen consistently with all SCORM files, yet the activity grade settings are identical. Do you know what causes this issue? Thanks in advance for your help.
