Hi everyone,

I might be pushing my luck here, but is there an option for Totara to send out forum posts, announcements to other platforms such as Slack? 

I have been looking at the RRS feed, but don't think this is suitable for what I'm after. Ideally I am looking for a way to send out the subject line of the forum post and a hyperlink to the post.

RSS feeds can be used to process rules on IFTTT which can then push to other services such as Twitter. I didn't look at Slack when I was doing this in Moodle a couple of years ago - I think you may need a SlackBot to do it? - but it certainly worked for Twitter, FB, WordPress and even direct push notifications to phones.
