Have the pdf and Word files got a table of contents included?
If so then you can use the link to Table of contents file url followed by # and the table of contents reference
You may be able to copy the link by right clicking on it and select copy link
If your file doesn't have a table of contents then this can be automatically generated in Word based on the heading style used.
