Can we display scorm content on a page with full-width? we will be developing courses with Articulate Rise. Since articulate rise has an internal navigation. It may cause a confusion?

You can choose to open SCORM content in a new window (simple) which allows learning objects to expand the full width and height of a browser's view port when launched.

Is it possible to add prev and next button to navigate through Course content (activities) ? How can we implement such a thing?  

There are a number of  ways courses navigation can be enhanced - using themes, blocks, labels and third part plugins

I also want to include a progress bar for the whole course? So they can see where they are? Is that possible?

There is  a progress bar for courses and program progress available

Can I use Moodle themes, plugins and extensions on Totara? 

Generally plugins from Moodle should work - the themes in later versions of Totara are significantly different than Moodle themes See here for more details

What is the process of customizing the CSS? Do I need the source code for this? Can I import a CSS file to customize the CSS? I couldn't find a documentation for this?

It is possible to add additional CSS to a theme to control the appearance of elements  There is some documentation on developing themes here

We want to deliver our courses into multiple clients/corporations. Can we customize the whole platform (including logo changes, font and colors) ? I know that there are theming options at the course level but I want to implement different themes for different organizations/audiences or for users with particular email address?

Totara currently include features that support multi tenancy - dynamic audiences can be created and dashboards that include organisation themed content applied for the audience.

Quite a lot of work is being done to support multi tenancy in the upcoming release 13 - there is some work being done to improve tenant theming
