Thanks for your post here in the Community. Great to hear you're looking further into reporting - that suggests you've got engaged users and therefore lots of data to process!

Just to let you know, Learning Pool are no longer working as Totara Partners so their xAPI plugin won't be kept up-to-date with future Totara updates.  We've got some really exciting updates coming within Totara v13 so it might be a bit of future-proofing to look at a reporting/analytics tool that will evolve alongside your site.

We have a list of actively maintained Totara extensions (including some interesting advanced reporting plugins) listed at https://www.totaralearning.com/products/product-extensions.  I believe also that your current Partner has an existing relationship with one of the products/suppliers listed there, so you might even find what you're after a little closer to home?
