I'm creating courses as a Site Admin and using labels for reference materials, however when I upload images I have noticed they are associated with a specific user (https://......../draftfile.php/39/user/draft/158528907/Completed.png) - this means that other admins can't work with these files, or worse if the user is deleted the images go too! Does anyone have a neat way of working with image uploads that doesn't involve ftp'ing the  images first?
