Hi Totara Learn team,

We have had a big issue with the site's Terms of Use pop up.

Although a great function that it pops up when changes are made and you can have learners consent again, this function does not work with SSO.  It has been one of the reasons why we were months delayed from implementing this to our user base which is extremely disappointing.

To give you an example, the Terms of Use only pops up after the learner has already provided us with there details which is not acceptable from a legal stance as we were going to use that feature to also built in our Privacy Policy as there is no solution for that in your site.  We have had to create a less desirable solution to accommodate compliance policies.

Are there any changes in the pipeline to fix this sequence again so it is compliant once again?

Thank you

Hi Melania,

It doesn't look like we've a ticket for this issue - could you arrange for a Support ticket to be submitted to us and we'll investigate?

cheers,

George.

Apologies Melanie - I see your partner is Androgogic - could you ask them to investigate and submit a ticket if necessary?
