Does anyone know if it is possible to add all enrolled students to a seminar event? e.g. a welcome meeting for the course
We have experimented with the "Express Interest" feature but it is not ideal as it requires an extra level of student interaction.

If you open a Seminar event and go to the Attendees tab, you can add users manually. This list will show all learners enrolled in the course. A note that the main concern with this bulk add process is ensuring the user knows their presence is required at an event, so once you add the required users, you have the option of notifying the user they have been added to the event. I strongly recommend sending this as well ensuring there is a scheduled reminder to all booked attendees, a few days before the event.

Ahh, I see. I can't think of any way to filter out all potential users. I've had a quick play around with permissions, but haven't come up with a solution. Maybe someone else has a workaround they can share? The best I can suggest for now is to run a report of all certified users, export it in csv, tweak the columns as required, then upload the Attendees in bulk via csv.

Is there any way to have only the enrolled users in this list by now? This poses a data security issue with a customer, since trainers should only be allowed to see the participants in their group and editing trainers should only be allowed to see the enrolled users, not all the users in the system.
Hi Meredith Henson, have you come across a solution for this? Has anything changed with the recent Totara upgrades that might address this issue?

Users are self-enrolling in the course. This will be before we have confirmed the dates for the seminar sessions.
We did consider using the "Declare Interest" feature but unfortunately it is does not meet our needs.
