Can I please just ask when users are set up using HR import, the user gets an automatic email.
Is there a time limit on how long the user has to reset their temp password? and where can I find this.

In general there isn't a limit for when a temp password is set by HR import
There are password policies settings such as 'Maximum time to validate password reset request' but this doesn't affect the temp password and can't see the other settings that would affect this.
