I am new to using the system and was wondering if someone could advise how I add external certificates to a member of staff training file.
I have a member of staff that has completed EFAW face to face session and need to add a copy of her certificate on to the system.

Hi Kerry, we get Learners to add external training evidence themselves. They go to their Record of Learning and click on the Other Evidence tab, they can then fill in the appropriate fields and attach the certificate.
If you want to add it on their behalf I think you will need to login as them if you have Admin rights.
