We have "Manager Approval" turned on for seminars so whenever a manager is away they need to delegate their approval authority. The only way I can see to do this to add a temporary manager in the Job Assignment.
This works perfectly well with the temporary manager receiving the approval notifications however it requires either the staff member or the manager to add the temporary manager to each individual profile each time they take leave.
Is there a way of a manager adding a temporary manager to all their staff in one go or delegating their approval authority for a time period?
We are using Version 12.
