I am on Totara V9 and wondering if there is a way to bulk upload existing user's job assignment?
If there is a way, do you guys have a template?
I tried using the HR import with columns:
| idnumber | timemodified | username | deleted | firstname | lastname | jobassignmentidnumber | orgidnumber |
However, it keeps saying xxx user is already registered and skip.
In the HR import settings > Element > User > Settings; I have already allowed Update on.
So I am not sure what went wrong??

For the HR import to update the user's record the user needs to have been created using the HR Import or the user has the HR Import box ticked.
It is possible to use Bulk user actions to select users that you want to toggle the HR Import field for (include filter to only select user without the HR Import field ticked)
If this isn't the case then can you create a support ticket and include a copy of the HR Import settings as well as the csv file you are uploading.
