You can select Auto-login as guest option under User Policies
Under Navigation settings > Home page for guests you can select a frontpage or dashboard limited to guest access.
The Find learning menu should be included in the Top menu.

I was reading your suggestion on limiting the homepage or dashboard view for a Guest. I cannot locate how to find the assignment of a dashboard to the Guest login.
I do not want them to see the course catalog or find learning at all. I want it limited to just one or two courses only for Guest.
Is this possible?
