i have a questions about roles and permissions. Is it possible to give a role which is based on the role tenant admin the permission to only edit a specific activity? I only get the configuration that the role can edit/change all activities or none. I tried to allow moodle/course:manageactivities and no permission for mod/certificate:manage as an example.

It is possible to create a specific role for this activity in the activity context and to assign this role on activity level. But it would be great if it is possible to avoid that step.
