Hi Tom,
Thank you for responding - your suggestion is awesome but you are right, after course D it goes back to course A, so I guess I would just have to create programs for each instance.
We use this format for compliance training for our engineers. So Course A is a full classroom based course which has to be renewed every 2 years to comply with UK regulations. We also then run a "reminder" session in the intervening years which is an eLearning course on our system. Our biggest problem is that we are handing this manually outside of the system because setting up the automation of this in the system seems incredibly difficult. I don't think this issue is unique to us, I am sure that others who have compliance requirements have the same issues.
At this stage I am happy for the users to be shown as complete on the courses but if there is a way to certify course A, that would really help and be a true reflection of their compliance.
My ideal solution would be to have the ability to set a program containing two course which, after a predefined period, repeat. For example, year 1 course A then year 2 course B and then year 3 course A again etc, etc. The pattern repeats until the admin team stops it.
We are currently on V.11 and will be moving to V.13 shortly which I am really looking forward to!
Jill
