How can I create an performance activity that will be started and open for appraisal process and runs only manually by users?
The performance activity has no repetition and should not be triggered by Totara itself. It should only be run repeatedly after a manual start by the user

Use cases include:

1. Employees need to get each day feedback for their activities at work.
The customer will use it for check-ins. But not each day it is necessary to make this appraisal activity because sometimes the employee does not make activities at work for which he need to get feedback. So it is not possible to set regularity.
2. A manager has several subordinate employees.
It will be very hard for him to start for each employee each day check-in.
So, we need that employee will be able to run this check-in on his own and put their feedback for that day. Then the manager will fulfill also the check-in and close the appraisal activity. This procedure is the fastest and least complicated for a given case.
3. How can a manager run an employee appraisal?
