Where is password validation code in Totara?

I have assigned a programme with 1 scorm course to an audience. Both the course and the programme are visible to all users.

I have some people who cannot launch the course. What did I do wrong?

The exception for the user means there is some reason why they are not able to be enrolled in the program using the program settings.

There is detailed description of the types of exceptions and how to fix them in the help docs
