Question - Multiple Dashboards

Hello,

I've created 2 dashboards within a Totara instance. Each dashboard is limited to by the audience that the user belongs too. In my case I am accessing the 2nd dashboard. The user is assigned to the correct audience. But when I log in I am not presented with the different dashboard view. What suggestions would you have for me to determine why this happening.

Have you reset the dashboard for all users? If you have made changes to a dashboard you need to select this to push the change to all users.

Otherwise, double checking your audience set up and association with the dashboards is the way to go. Could you provide screenshots?

Hi Coby,

Thanks for the response. The platform is now working properly. I didn't make any changes but the different dashboards are registering properly when I log in with different users.
