We have a lot of external users (contractors, honorary staff members and partners) who are not on our payroll, therefore not on our ESR, who need to access our LMS platform for training purposes.

We add them manually, give them access to a program of courses relevant to their job role for them to complete, but then we have no way of knowing when they leave or move around with the organisation unless they tell us themselves (not a regular occurrence). They could have active accounts in our LMS long after they have left the organisation.

Can I ask how other NHS organisations manager this?
