360 feedback and appraisals

Hello everyone

I have some understanding how to use 360 feedback in order to get some data that can be traced in appraisals.

In this particular case of mine, I need feedback not only from learner, manager and appraiser but from peers also. The only way I can allocate the feedback form to peers seems to be by using the 360 feedback. My question is how can I have an input from this 360 form grade results to my appraisal final report?

Any other idea about how to have this done (a report containing feedback (grade) from learner, peers, learner's manager and appraiser)?

Made a mistake earlier, what I wanted to say is that I don't know much about 360 feedback ...

Hi Andrei

The 360 feedback from Totara 12 and older has limited reporting and has been superceded by Performance Activities including Appraisals, Checkins and Feedback.

There is also full reporting available per user and per performance activity.

We encourage you to upgrade to Totara Talent Experience platform asap to make use of these features. The legacy performance activities including 360 feedback are still supported in the the new version.
