Hi all,

If Totara is setup as an LTI Tool provider, are the users that access Totara from the other LMS counted as actual users in Totara? 

And are they included as full users/learners in the license of that Totara environment?

So does the Totara content provider 'pay' to let external users access the environment when it's setup as a tool provider?

Hi Moniek

I think they probably would be counted  as they need to be authenticated by the provider site so need an account and they need to be enrolled on the course in the provider site.

Are you able to confirm this by looking at the user to see they are showing as having logged in when they access the Totara provider site.
