Despite the documentation I do not understand the calculation of the frequency of sending notifications to the learner.
Perhaps you can enlighten me on the subject
Here is the case, I don't know if it's posible:
We have a program with 5 courses sets
- the first set must be completed in one week
- the second one in 3 weeks
- the third one in two months
- the fourth in 9 months
- the fifth in one month
A learner has 13 months to complete the program from the day of enrolment.
How can I notify (reminder) a learner every month and the last week of each course set period (except for the first set and the second one) and 3 days before the end of a course set
