I have a dynamic audience based on a custom field but I forgot to set that field to a new user when I added it to Totara. Is the system going to refresh the audience and add since updated user automatically later?

The audience rule will be checked again and user added to it that meet the rule providing you have the 'Make a user a member when they meet rule sets criteria' ticked under the Rule set tab of the dynamic audience.
