Totara 12 - Generate Grade for Feedback Activity

According to https://help.totaralearning.com/display/TL12/Feedback in the 'Feedback settings' table it mentions "Generate grade" (as shown below).

If you want to use this feedback as a prerequisite for a conditional activity, requiring that the feedback must be completed before that conditional activity becomes available, then you must set Generate Grade to Yes.

When I'm viewing the Feedback activity settings in Totara 12, I don't see a 'Generate grade' section/setting. Should there be a setting, or is the above mentioned in error in totara.help?

Hi Michelle

That looks like an error in the docs - I will get that changed.

The feedback activity is non graded - its usually accessed when course has been completed.

If you need to ask questions that are graded then a Quiz can be used and conditional access to other activities given depending on the quiz grade.
