Catalogue Filters Reset After Updating Course / Pogram Custom Fields (V12)

Hi,

on multiple occasions, we've experienced the catalogue filters - more specifically, the filter headings - being reset after updating either the course or the program custom fields. Essentially, the filter heading fields are emptied if this occurs. It results in the disappearance of all filters from the catalogue.

We are using multilang tags with the custom fields as well as with the filter headings, if that is relevant to the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or is there a fix other than pasting in the multilang tags to the filter headings again?

Hi Christina

Can you confirm whether the user is changing their language - we currently have a feature request TL-27139 Course Catalogue is losing filter parameters when changing language that sounds as though this could be the cause of this.

If this isn't the case then can you create a support ticket with the Totara version and settings with reproduction steps so we can look at further.
