Program vs Programme

I posted previously on this but in the wrong forum so wanted to try again.

We want to change the spelling of program to programme on the system so its consistent with UK usage.

We did a search on the language strings and found a possible 480 changes required which would be too onerous.

Has anyone else in the UK been able to resolve this issue more easily?

Hi Paul

When I volunteered to do this I used a browser extension to find and replace the content in the interface above

This still needed a lot of manual intervention to check that the word is not contained in a placeholder field , capitalisation and plurals.
