They asking me a one file report including these colums
enrolled courses - learner name - manager's name - program in which the course is - course progression
I can do that using 2 files one for the courses et one for programs. All our courses are not all in program structures
I think that mixing courses and programs data in one file is not posible, right?
Is existing a workaround?

That is right there isn't a single report that shows all of a user's learning. The Record of Learning is several reports but does provide access to this information on one screen.
The program overview report shows program and the courses progress within the program. however it doesn't show courses that aren't part of a program. You would need to combine this with the course completions report.
