Is Totara having implemented a system for monitoring the active browser window?
As I know the SCORM file is the one that can do this or an optional or customized plugin, but maybe I'm wrong.
I'm asking this because there are some local legal requirements for the total learning time in a program to be a certain value and the learning platform have to have the ability to correctly measure it and to stop recording it when user is inactive (for more than 10 minutes for example). If the answer is no, Totara does not have this capability implemented by default, which one is doing a better job and is easier to implement, a custom plugin or a specific SCORM design?
I need this confirmation for Totara 12.
