Adding a timestamp on Course Completion report

Hi,

I got an ask to check if it's possible to insert a timestamp on the excel extract of the (for example) Course completion report?

Did anyone face a similar request? Is it possible to do something of the sort?

Can you detail what the time stamp for the course completion report should be showing.

The date that the Excel file is created will be saved when the file is created.

thank you for the question.

While you are totally right that the Excel file will have this information, what I got as feedback from local HR officers is that it's helpful to have all this information in the upper left corner - where filters used for extracting the report are also visible.

Ok thanks for explaining - if you include a filter for a date field that includes the current date eg date enrolled is before 2 November 2021 then this will show in the spreadsheet file in the upper left hand corner.
