We understood that LTI is not working properly when using tenants. If this is the case, it is very unfortunate that we cannot use LTI towards our learning customers.
Is this on the radar / roadmap for Totara to fix it?

Can you explain more about what you are wanting to do with accessing content via LTI with Mutitenancy enabled.
There are currently some unsupported features with multi tenancy but I can't see LTI as being listed.

Sorry, we understood that the user who started the course via LTI should also see the dashboard and for this we wanted to be sure that the user should only see information in the tenant.
It appeared that LTI only shows the course in their LMS as is, without dashboard or whatsoever. Meaning that the Tenant info is not needed, because the LTI makes a 1:1 relation with the course.
We can use the Totara field INSTITUTION to fill in the tenant information so later on we can report in it. But indeed for LTI no tenant info can be used.
