We would like to move our onboarding plan to Totara, but we are facing some issues, I hope, you can help. Courses and tests are all OK, but we have a problem with surveys.
I terms of employee experience we would like to collect feedback regularly from the new colleagues and send out three surveys.
Ideally it should look like this:
- New joiner receives an invitation for the first survey after they complete their 1st month. The survey should be open for 2 weeks.
- New joiner receives an invitation for the second survey after they complete their 3rd month. The survey should be open for 2 weeks.
- New joiner receives an invitation for the third survey after they complete their 6th month. The survey should be open for 2 weeks.
The survey are not connected to any other activities (eg. course completion).
We would like to set up the whole onboading as a program and the surveys would be part of the program.
I faced the following issues:
- I did not find any activity type (other than seminars) where I could set up auto-notifications about the activity itself.
- Even when there is an option for an auto-notification, it is only possible to set a date like 25th March 2022 and not an event like 1 month after joining the company.
Any ideas, how we could set up these surveys in Totara?
