We use the Seminar Activiy to manage our scheduled group activities and have had some participants failing to attend because the appointment that is generated in their outlook calendar doesn't contain a reminder.
Can anyone advise whether, and if so how, we can get the booking confirmation and room/time/date change notification calendar appointments to include a reminder.
We were looking at sending an additional notification but this is only possible at 1hr increments which is plenty long enough for people to forget again. We have tried testing the Teams integration but have a variety of scenarios that don't always involve teams or where the person setting up the event is not the facilitator.
